Who we are

McKeary Motors is a family business, which was founded in 1974 by Hugh McKeary. in Coleraine (Martin's Brae), where he acquired the Opel franchise.

In 1976 a Greenfield site became available on the outskirts of Coleraine near Macosquin where he decided to build his own premises complete with showroom, workshop and parts department.

Opel and Vauxhall amalgamated around 1982 and things remained constant until 1996 when a larger showroom was built.

Today sees McKeary Motors competing successfully in an ever demanding market place.

What we do

CAR SALES
We specialise in the sale of used vauxhall cars, these range in age from 1 week old to 12 years old. We can also work on your behalf to help you secure a new Vauxhall car without needing to go near a main dealer

CAR SERVICING
We have our own workshop on site and are able to do Vauxhall servicing which does not affect your warranty cover with Vauxhall as we are a VAT Registered company and a current member of the RMI. We also carry out MOT preparation, diagnostic scanning, service light re-setting and programming for Vauxhall cars pre 2009

PARTS DEPARTMENT
We stock a wide range of Genuine GM Vauxhall parts as well as service kits and timing belt kits. If we do not have the parts in stock, most genuine Vauxhall parts can be supplied within 48 hours.
